Comments on posts and reels, profile with the content grid, stories, followers and following. Taken from the service, not from the screen.
No option to tick, no separate module to buy, no extra cost: it is the Web pages module, at its own rate.
On Instagram the comments are not in the page: they appear little by little as you scroll and the platform keeps only a handful on screen at a time. A tool that photographs the screen collects what is visible at that moment — the rest does not exist, and it does not even show up as missing.
C.E.R.T.O. queries the same addresses the Instagram application uses to build the page and preserves every response exactly as it arrived, with its provenance envelope. Replies do not come with the list: every comment that has them carries its own continuation, which must be followed separately. They are followed.
Only what the program actually does: every item matches a collection that exists in the code and has been tested on real acquisitions.
On posts, reels and IGTV items: text, author, date and counters, distinguished by level. The document states how many items the platform announces, how many were collected and why collection stopped.
Profile details with counters taken from the service rather than from the page text — the page read “38.5K followers” while the service declared 38581, at the same instant — plus the full grid of published content, carousels included.
Acquired on the confirmation screen, before pressing “View story”: there the content is already available, playback does not start and the author sees no view. Verified: two consecutive cold openings leave the counter at zero.
The complete lists, followed page after page to the end, with each person's name, identifier and picture.
The grid shown below a post, which does not populate even by scrolling live: the bundle used to carry only its heading, now it carries the content.
Recognition looks at the domain and the shape of the address. If it recognises nothing, it stays an ordinary web page acquisition: nothing is lost.

Where collection goes through a service, every response is preserved verbatim with its provenance envelope: queried address, method, status, moment of receipt. Anyone contesting the data can go back to the source rather than trusting our table.
A BagIt 1.0 bundle with an Ed25519 signature, a double RFC 3161 timestamp and a CASE/UCO description, verifiable by anyone, offline, with the included verifiers.
The document reports how many items the platform announces, how many were collected and why collection stopped. A stated limit is worth more than an asserted completeness.
