No monthly subscription, no recurring fee, no expiry. You buy packs of slots and spend them whenever you need them: each acquisition costs 1 to 5 slots depending on its type, and the cost is known before you start.
A slot is the unit used to pay for an acquisition: you capture a piece of content (a web page, a chat, an email…) and get an evidence bundle — a sealed package holding the content, its digital fingerprint (a code that changes if even a single bit is altered, so any tampering becomes obvious) and the certified date. Each type of acquisition has its own fixed cost in slots: see the table below.
Buy whenever you want, use whenever you need. Slots stay on your account until you spend them: no subscription to renew, no budget that resets at month end. Ideal for those who only capture evidence when a case comes up.
Bundles transmitted to the server are kept for 5 years with public verification: anyone (a judge, the opposing expert) can independently re-check their integrity, at no extra cost. The exceptions are Deep Web (Tor) acquisitions, whose content is by design not stored on the server, and web packages over 500 MB, which are not transmitted: in those cases the bundle stays on the computer of whoever acquired it, while fingerprints and reports remain available in the client area.
Each type of acquisition has a fixed cost in slots, from 1 to 5, which never depends on the size of the content.

InfoCert is the optional qualified eIDAS time-stamp. The standard double time-stamp is always included and consumes no slots. FTP, cloud, WhatsApp and Telegram cost the same whatever the number of files, chats or messages.
Every pack unlocks the same 10 acquisition modules and the same legal guarantees. Only the per-slot price changes.
Prices exclude VAT. Slots are shared between the C.E.R.T.O. desktop app and the LOCUS mobile app on the same account. For needs above 1,000 slots or firm/company billing, get in touch.
No. C.E.R.T.O. has no subscriptions. You pay once for a pack of slots and use it without an expiry date.

No. The cost in slots depends on the type of acquisition, never on the size of the content: a web page costs 2 slots regardless of its size, and a WhatsApp acquisition 5, whether the chat has ten messages or ten thousand. The price is predictable up front.
No. Both VAT-registered professionals and private individuals can buy. The invoice is issued using the details you enter.
